Our primary brands include the Rochester Homes brand manufactured by Rochester Homes, Rochester, IN and the Schult Integrity and the Clayton Heritage brands manufactured by Clayton Homes in Middlebury, IN. Our home builders are among the best in the industry. Both companies have been in business for over thirty years.

With so many Floor Plans to choose from, if you desire custom designing or a variation of any kind, our Rochester Homes affiliate is one of the very few companies in the market place that offers the ability to build full custom Ranch, Cape Cod and Two-Story modular homes. Quality craftsmanship is evident in every detail of their work.

This is the best way to have a brand new home constructed at a more affordable price, at a fast pace and with the specifications and customizations you desire.

As your local builder we will provide you with all contractor services beginning with the selection of colors, features and add-ons and moving on into procuring local permits and performing all site-work. Site work includes such things as demolition and removal of pre-existing structures, excavation and installation of your foundation and septic system, the setting of the home onto its foundation, the hook-ups through licensed plumbers, electricians and mechanicals, and the finishing of your newly delivered modular or sectional home.

At your discretion we will add on such things as stone or concrete driveways, patios, decks and porches with roofs, stone or brick layments or an attached garage. At the end of the process we will convey to you a Certificate of Occupancy prepared by your local building department.

From a timeline standpoint, during the few weeks your home is being built at the factory, if you have ordered a modular we will proceed to excavate and finish your basement or crawl space. If you have ordered a sectional we will install the foundation including concrete pads. Your home will be eighty-five percent finished when it arrives at your new home site. It will then be set on your new foundation, finish work will be performed, and in a manner of weeks you will be moving into your new home.
